Damon Dash has lost custody of his two daughters – Ava (15) and Tallullah (6) - to his ex wife and fashion designer, Rachel Roy.source say the ace rapper, who wanted full custody of his two daughters, didn't bother to appear in court for the hearing and so the judge was forced to rule sole legal and physical custody to his ex wife Rachel Roy.The former couple accused themselves of being 'unfit' parents with Dash claiming Rachel drove drunk with one of the children and threatened to cut him with a knife.Rachel on the other hand, accused Dash of smoking around their kids and insisted that his involvement with other women and drugs are all bad influence on their girls.In court, Rachel got a three-year restraining order against Dash, sole custody of the girls while Dash managed to get supervised visitation only.
